    Am I elegible for the upgrade version?

    Hi there!

    I have a question: can I upgrade from Painter Essentials 3 OEM VERSION (included with my Wacom pen tablet) to PE 4 with the UPGRADE VERSION? Or should I buy the full version? By the way, it is installed in Spanish, but 4 is only available in English.

     Yes, you are definitely eligible for the upgrade to Painter Essentials 4. You are correct in that version 4 is not yet available in Spanish, but if you prefer to use the Spanish version of the product, you should be able to get that in early to mid-April.
