    Painter Essential 4 is a major upgrade over Painter Essentials 3. The new brushes, new features, and overall ease of use are fantastic. The new documentation manual alone is worth the price of an upgrade. This is the first manual I have ever seen that rather than describe all the bells and whistles, actually teaches you how to create something productive. Well done Corel.
